Change in our lives, whether in relationships, careers, losses or loves is grounded in our thinking.

People come to our office every day who want more out of their life, love and livelihood; to move forward from loss.  Making sense of our past in a way that provides positive, affirmative learning opens doors to the future; being stuck in destructive thinking keeps up locked in the past.

We can think of ourselves as less than our true selves or equally as easily more than what we ever thought we could be. Try this, it’s called a direct suggestion script, used by a hypnotist with his client to provide positive suggestions for change and personal growth:

Each and every morning from this moment onward, begin your day by consciously creating your day the way you want it to happen. … consciously creating your day the way you want it to happen… Now, this is the way it works. At first, your mind begins to examine all the things that need to get done, examining all those things the mind takes a little bit of time to settle down …and then your mind begins to get to the point where you are then actually, intentionally creating your day.

When you create your day, as if out of nowhere but actually somewhere, little things begin to happen that are so unexplainable that you begin to know that they are the process, the actual result of your creation. The more that you do that, the more you begin to build this neural net in your mind… as if building or creating a network of roads and pathways through a countryside … the more these pathways of thought within your brain become accepted by your deep subconscious mind as possible …and in return, these little unexplainable things that happen, give you the power and the incentive to do it again the next day… to begin your day by creating your day… each and every day.

So, as you consciously design your destiny, you begin to spiritually create within yourself the idea that your thoughts can affect your reality… your life, because reality does, in fact, equal life; does it not? From this moment on… you make a pact with yourself that you will, each and every day, create your day. Saying to yourself, “I am taking this time to create my day and I am building my neural net and in doing so I am infecting the Quantum Field… the energy of the universe surrounding me and all things.

Now, if one wishes to believe that the observer’s watching during this whole time, one allows oneself to accept a spiritual aspect of oneself… would they not? You ask then, “Show me a sign today that you paid attention to any one of these things that I have today created and bring it to me in a way that I won’t expect. Allow me to be as surprised at my ability to be able to experience these things as to have made these things… and make them so that I have no doubt that they have come from you.”

And so, you begin this moment to live your life as if all day long you are thinking about being a genius… or thinking about being the glory and the power of God… or thinking about being Unconditional Love.

From this moment forward you begin living as if a genius… and as you do that… during parts of your day you have thoughts that are so amazing that they cause a chill in the physical part of you… as if from nowhere. And then you remember that thought has an associated energy … and that energy once initiated within those pathways of your neural net have come back through the Quantum Field to produce that effect, that chill in your physical body.

And through this subjective experience of thought and feeling, you now know the truth. That as you create your day as if to have unlimited thought… that thought comes back to you from your unlimited potential to create your life … and as you have thought it… it has happened.

From this moment forward, you make a pact with yourself to begin your day… by creating your day. And now repeat to yourself, fifteen times: “I begin my day by creating my day “. Do it, you’ll be amazed.
