 My name is Phillip, you may remember us by my wife, Lois, she is the one with the burst appendix. She is doing much better, the wound is closing and we just found a great chiropractor that we think will be able to help her a lot as well.
I have been listening to your tape. In a word, WOW. That was a really nicely done tape. You should use it more. It is probably the best I have seen… anyway, that should be in front of more people, it will really make a difference in their lives.

Am sending you a picture of some one who should have signed up for the Lighten Up CD. Been on the diet since a week ago Sunday and I have lost 9 pounds. MOST important, I have not eaten in between meals once and I have not had one piece of candy, only fruit and veggies and seafood. Laurel brought over a McDonalds breakfast burrito the other day and I took two small bites and threw it away. God help the food industry if this CD catches on.
